We need a qualified SC leader to spearhead a hybrid (supply chain, procurement, and NPD too) function currently in place. This mix of roles means you’ll manage a pipeline of projects finding new unchartered territory by imagining the world of possibilities for various ideas and products. Whilst managing various innovation, you’ll love the idea of hands on approach to the all-important execution of day-to-day supply/demand optimisation into UK grocery, health & beauty retail and pureplay online trade channels.

Highly operational, the agility to deal with the ever-changing commercial landscape, as well as knowing your subject matter with passion, you will be no stranger to making an impact and contribution at pace.

At the core of a small team with high ambition and goals for the future, you will continually identify emerging efficiencies that address the shifting, newly regulated category needs to ensure the supply chain constantly meets demand and best practice. You will direct, promote and drive capacity enhancing projects based on forecasted growth. Your priority is reducing complexity of outsourced UK co-manufacturing models. This will include validation of current processes, detailed analysis, and articulated capture of key risks/ops across the current portfolio to future-proof S&;OP.

The role requires a confident and authoritative voice with Regulatory, Commercial, Marketing, Finance colleagues. You will be a key influence, providing critical input to management decision-making.

We are looking for a results-driven, experienced Supply Chain Professional who will stop at nothing to deliver success. Someone who understands the SME world, enjoys autonomy and freedom to act in delivering SC fundamentals. Your passion for excellence in supply/demand, entrepreneurial spirit will be as important as your technical knowledge of SC principles.

To qualify, you must have Supply Chain know-how. You’ll be a natural planner and enjoy managing complexity. Excel/analytical ability is a must.
