You’ll be part of a close-knit board team, led by the owner, each passionately dedicated to the fundamentals of HR, ER, and L&D practices. You’ll be masterful and inspiring in your direct leadership of an exec team. This will include short and long-term company objectives that derive from continuous improvement of existing training and services products. You’ll maintain the company’s purpose and core values at all times, to ensure the broader combined population of up to 150 employees and Associates have your attention and know how to be their best at work and with clients.

You’ll be no stranger to the commercial rigors of existing and new business development, focusing on exceptional programme delivery, deepening the interdependence of client partnership as a key focus. This will include a full review of future pricing strategy, consultant rates, and product profitability, to balance EBIT performance with strong revenues, yet increasing overheads. Your evident commercial acumen is critical to your success.

Your career experience must have originated from large organisations where employee welfare is at the forefront of enterprise. Today, you could be working for an existing training, management consultancy, or an associated human resources service, product-led business. You’ll be skilled at being an accomplished Managing Director, preferably knowing the machinations of owner-led small business life! Above all, you’ll possess the EQ and IQ to craft game-changing opportunities and generate solutions to consultancy needs for a discerning client base.
