Digital Growth Manager - Health & Wellness

Location: Central London or West Midlands based, 2 days pw hybrid working

Our client is a leading player in the UK’s rapidly emerging medical cannabis sector. One of the only to manufacture and supply the highest quality compliant products for the medical and natural wellness markets in key European and Canadian territories as well. Patients receive the safest care in advice and product variation according to need, via an integrated online pharmacy and prescription model with ongoing subscription.

With significant financial backing to continue profitable growth of this £60m business, the Board has invested in state-of-the-art digital systems. They now need someone to step in, own the execution, direction and iteration of customer/Patient acquisition drivers. This will primarily involve the plan, launch and optimisation of paid media campaigns using Meta and Google plus others.

Commercially, not least digitally savvy in Consumer Acquisition, interested too in health and wellness categories, you’ll take great comfort knowing this business is led by an impressive marketing and operations leadership team, highly motivated by the ‘race to the top’ with online prescription concepts for Patients whose curiosity for legalised medical cannabis in the UK is growing exponentially.

Building, testing, optimising automated email journeys, implementing AI-assisted content generation, collaborating on social content and community engagement with designers and agencies…. you will love being super busy and thrive in a fast learning, boundless environment, free from bureaucratic corporate culture and slow decision making.

The role requires three to five years of digital literacy in the marketing mix, a passion for driving customer acquisition strategies, business critical to build new and repeated prescription numbers. This responsibility allows the freedom and voice to carve out the business model as your own. In return we are looking for the fundamentals of experience in most matters digital and performance/acquisition focused, yet still with an appetite to learn more and at pace.
