 Scope
The objective of this Guide is to act as a tool, uniquely designed to offer a benchmark of real-time in situ salary data. The data gathered offers an accurate reflection of what is currently being paid in our industry. We do not aim to hypothesise, explain, and critique all the reasons for some of the results. Where we have seen fit to comment, within our remit of experience, we may offer insight, yet we acknowledge that there could be many interpretations of the results. Of course, we will be happy to debate and share points of view with our readers as they wish.
Acknowledgements
We are thrilled by the high levels of interest and input, as well as enthusiasm for a Salary Guide of this kind by the FMCG industry, an unprecedented number of whom have participated, albeit under the strict agreement of confidentiality and anonymity. It is for this reason that we have elected not to acknowledge any participating companies by name.
Each and every company has our appreciation and thanks as, without their meaningful data supplied, this Guide would not have been possible.
