We are looking for sales experience in OTC Health, wellness and lifestyle, an ambitious and knowledgeable FMCG National Account Manager, who is practiced at working with the top 4 UK Grocers.  A sales ‘power house’ resource is being put together to add individual expertise. That will be you!

The combinations of newly created listed brands and a 15 strong team now in place, the opportunity in this new £300m category all have one thing in common – genuine credibility.  You will be amongst the first sales pioneers to join this high performing, cash rich, two-year-old privately funded company, already equipped with a formidable Board of heavyweight industry experience. The business is perfectly set up to take a category lead role as the retail trade launch.

 You will have complete responsibility for the launch and execution into existing and additional new listings, taking two young brands and their product variants to the top retail customer universe for national distribution.

Critical to your success will be the skill to understand detailed product formulation and the regulatory matters that are typical of health and wellness products into retail, generating collaborative programmes with a carefully planned pricing and activation strategy.  You’ll need to appreciate the consumer choice and behaviours, preferably learned from VMS, Wellness and OTC backgrounds.  Your prior experience in recognised branded premium OTC will be ideal.

We are looking for a self-confident, determined, and accomplished NAM whose early career success is impressive. You have so much more to offer a company in a category poised to become a £1bn market in three years.  You will bring creative, entrepreneurial savvy to your role.        But like any start-up, the pace is ferocious, and the priority is to make things happen whilst scrutinising the cost of everything to ensure shareholder funds are spent to maximum benefit.

This is undoubtedly one of the most exciting new categories in consumer health right now and your knowledge of FMCG OTC wellness will be put to great use. In return the financial rewards could be extraordinary as the short-term ambition of the company is an IPO in the next 12 months!
