Regional Account Manager

Location: Homebased. Midlands/North territory
Around £30,000 plus 20% bonus + car allowance

With a progressive, energised and dynamic senior leadership team, this successful FMCG business is challenging convention all the time. With the power of instantly recognisable and premium confectionery brands there is always a pipeline of positive news to discuss with customers. Our client, a £20m recently acquired UK subsidiary of a major European food group, is now looking for an inspiring Regional Account Manager to complement the commercial function. The winning formula to this role is bringing new business wins, nurturing existing customers within the north of England across a wide spectrum of Convenience and Speciality trade channels.

We are looking for an ambitious account manager with FMCG experience. A hands-on working knowledge of independent customers in retail and pure-play channels, such as garden centres to online gifting; someone who is driven by their early career success and who thrives in the spotlight, certainly not shy of real ownership and empowerment. We are looking for experience and skills typical of a BDE or Territory Sales Manager, ready to step into this expansive role. You’ll be known for your determination to achieve strong results and stand out from the crowd. Even better would be knowledge of the confectionery space.
