Product and Marketing Manager

Location: South Manchester up to 3 days p/w
Base salary to £50,000+ bonus & benefits

As a commercial, pragmatic consumer marketer, you’ll relish the opportunity to learn about and succeed in so many varied marketing challenges for the brand's portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial you can make this role your own.  Part of a small team and wholly responsible for fun brands, your combination of classic FMCG training and first-hand experience of product marketing will allow you to exploit the true potential of this company’s expertise in innovation and product quality. Being part of a fast-paced, agile organisation, you’ll experience inspiring leadership within a progressive open culture that values getting things done over bureaucracy.

Taking full ownership for the development of an impactful short and long-term brands strategy, you’ll bring and inspire best practice in marketing techniques alongside the knowledge to drive the implementation of a robust and creative marketing plan. You’ll drive innovation and champion consumerism for brands as well as the category and multi-customer channels. You will also hold primary responsibility for the ongoing partnerships with Licensors, ensuring commercial targets for the sales team are optimised to mutual benefit. You will design and inspire a digital marketing strategy with the support of external agencies. 

You’ll need to be an ambitious marketing force, eager to show how your contribution can grow the bottom line. Naturally, you’ll also be a great team player with the ability to get on with a variety of commercial and operations functions.
