Salary to attract talent plus equity

Since launching The Simmance Partnership two decades ago, we proudly continue to excite and deliver success for our clients and candidates. We have an enviable reputation as a boutique recruitment organisation, sector specialists in FMCG at Board and Exec level for Sales, Marketing, and General Management Professionals.

Now in our 21st year, the Board’s appetite and ambitions are to expand; to build on our core competency plus extend our recently created range of services to greater interest and wider distribution of client companies within as well as beyond our current reach.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter, someone with a track record and reputation for consistently high-quality execution of search assignments. Knowledge of recruitment methods, superb relationship management and a natural talent that’s trusted by clients and candidates alike are critical factors to a meaningful application. Knowing the FMCG sector with complementary functional specialism would be a great advantage.

Your values, like ours, will centre on your reputation, integrity and wisdom. You relish the freedom and spirit of a business owner, yet perhaps right now you’re frustrated by lack of ownership or corporate bureaucracy, instead imagining an environment and team where you can truly realise your clear potential and personal ambitions

In return, you will play a key part, and be rewarded accordingly, as Partner in our current and future designs to extend The Simmance Partnership’s existing notoriety as a formidable, discerning authority in Executive Recruitment.

If you’ve read this far and your curiosity has got the better of you, we should talk sooner than later. Call on 01753 856103 or write to me response@simmance.co.uk
