NAM - Convenience, High Street and Discounters

Location: Home based with access to West London HQ
Around £45,000 + bonus and benefits.

Imagine being part of a new future.  Our internationally renowned FMCG food client is a well-established business with a proud history of iconic brands and an exciting future driven by innovation.  A leading authority in their category with revenues in excess of £100m, the UK business is the launch market for all-new food technologies and brands across Europe as the company expands its portfolio within ‘new food’ and wellness sectors.

We are looking for an FMCG trained account manager who will be responsible for a broad customer portfolio across Convenience, High Street Discounters, Health & Wellness retailers.  Someone with passion, attitude, and appetite for building incremental revenue within the existing customers, and more importantly a focus on winning new business with new retailers using category busting innovation/NPD ranges in wellness and gut-health.

Critical to your success will be your intellectual curiosity, wilful creative sales mindset and a desire for autonomy and independence to prove your value. You’ll need to know how to develop a JBP and understand your customer P&L.

We are looking for a self-confident, determined, and knowledgeable junior NAM ready for the ‘step up’.  More than anything we want attitude and spirit, someone who wants to make a name for themselves and get noticed.

This is undoubtedly an exciting category in new-food innovation right now which needs an equally enthusiastic sales pioneer to make a marked impact.
