National Account Manager - FMCG Health & Well-Being

We are looking for an FMCG trained sales manager, knowledgeable in retail and wholesale channels as well as new business development. Someone with passion, attitude and resilience in creating revenue pathways to successfully launching a range of soon to be the highest-ranked category leading health & wellbeing brands within this new Category already valued at £300million yet only at the beginning of its journey in the UK.
You will be one of the first sales pioneers to join this high performing, cash-rich, two-year-old privately funded company, already equipped with a formidable Board of heavyweight industry experience, plus top talent marketing function. Now a sales ‘powerhouse’ resource is being put together. Reporting to the Sales Controller, you will have responsibility for the launch and execution of two young brands and portfolio of product variants to designated retail and wholesale customer cluster including Holland & Barratt, Tree of life, CLF plus others for national distribution.
Critical to your success will be generating new customer collaborative programmes with a carefully planned commercial and activation strategy. You’ll need to understand the consumer goods sector to qualify for this role, having experience in health foods, beauty, wellbeing and OTC product categories.

But like any start-up, the pace is ferocious, and the focus is about making things happen whilst scrutinising the cost of everything to ensure shareholder funds are spent to maximum benefit.
