We are looking for an experienced consumer goods industry Sales Controller, perhaps even a frustrated first step Head of Sales, who in their current role is held back by lack of progress yet determined to leverage their real skill, senior credibility and influence on this young start-up business that will step change their career immediately.

Our client is a branded premium ‘indulgent’ confectionery business, established five years ago, and well represented in the top grocers today. The ambition is to achieve £20m turnover within four years…. or faster! This is a critical leadership role and part of the top team whose core purpose is to step-changing financial performance.  With the behaviors of an SME, relentless ambition to raise its reputation and value across the customer universe in FMCG, we need someone who can galvanise the expanding team and bring great retail knowledge to the fore.

A new role as the ‘sales firepower’ at the helm, there is so much success to be enjoyed and exploited. Your innate talent, breadth of knowledge and appetite for personal success will be rewarded.

We are looking for an accomplished senior sales professional, a natural leader trained and mastered in the Customer agenda; someone who thrives in the spotlight and certainly not shy of a hands-on and empowered role.
