eCommerce Sales Pioneer wanted for Health & Beauty startup

We are looking for eCommerce sales experience, an ambitious and driven Sales Developer, who is practised at building revenue from the major ‘click’n’brick’ Grocers as well as leading Pureplay sites from Amazon to THG. The vision is a £3million online channel in 3 years at least!

You will be one of the first pioneers of the sales team to join this high performing cash-rich two-year-old privately funded company, already equipped with a formidable Board of heavyweight industry experience, plus top talent marketing function.  Now a sales ‘powerhouse’ resource is being put together. You will have complete responsibility for the launch and execution that takes two young brands and several product variants to the retail customer universe for national distribution.

Critical to your success will be generating collaborative programmes with a carefully selected online distribution strategy.  You’ll need to understand the consumer goods sector, preferably from health foods, beauty or wellness and OTC backgrounds.  Your prior training in recognised big Co will be ideal.

We are looking for a self-confident, determined, and knowledgeable eCommerce/online NAM with evidence of early career success, yet so much more to offer a company in a category bursting with growth. But like any start-up, the pace is ferocious, and the focus is about making things happen whilst scrutinising the cost of everything to ensure shareholder funds are spent to maximum benefit.

This is undoubtedly one of the most exciting new categories in consumer health right now and your knowledge of the category will be put to the test. The financial rewards could be extraordinary!
