Location: 2 days pw in London HQ + European travel

Our client leads a $multi-billion food category commanding a magnificent reputation built on fresh product, high quality, and reliability. It’s no surprise they sit firmly at the top of the table when it comes to consumer superbrands.

The organisation has embarked on a transformational journey over the last few years and it’s clear we are talking about an unrivalled employer to work for right now.

The main Board have identified significant expansion opportunity across Europe in response to plant-based protein foods; to exploit the demand they seek to appoint a seasoned sales manager to fulfil their ambition of doubling revenues next three years.

 

For our client, the Foodservice and QSR customer channels are no longer opportunism, they are all about building strategic and well thought out plans. A unique commercial strategy, alongside core business in the universal leisure market has been devised. Now they need to exploit this new business across Europe where the brands already exist in grocery across13 markets.

 

You will be amongst the first in the team to deploy the business plan, identifying key customers who are global and local high street names. Existing relationships with early adopter customers need to be transformed into a large-scale enterprise, new partners will be appointed with highly selective criteria.

 

We are looking for a foodservice sales professional and entrepreneur currently working in FMCG enterprise. Someone with the self-confidence and emotional maturity to make an impact at the customer table as well as internally with Board stakeholders.

 

This role will only suit someone who knows the QSR & Foodservice customers inside out and who will be excited to develop business directly with global customers in multiple territories.
