Salary package around £140,000 + equity

Easily recognised as a true Challenger food brand, this innovative £30 million business, with serious PE backing, has now trained its sights on appointing an impressive Export Sales individual who will unlock the untapped Distribution potential knowingly available within existing and new customers around Europe and possibly beyond.
This opportunity requires real depth of international sales experience, an accomplished FMCG sales Professional, with experience of Europe-wide grocery customers coupled with Distributor Management. You’ll have the growth mindset and ability to deliver incremental revenue in a role that offers a very high degree of autonomy. Your attitude as a sales entrepreneur is expected; someone who thrives on the idea of pioneering and building commercial success and can show their value instantly.
You will have a strong and credible voice at the customer table. Under your clear leadership, you will raise the team standards and exploit a creative international strategy, perfectly designed using your wide knowledge and blue-chip training backed by your track record having done this before.
