Interim Head of Marketing
Location: Home and London as required
£500 per day/3 - 6 months x 5 days per week

They need an interim marketing champion to herald and lead new ways of thinking across the organisation and external business partners. Permanent status could easily become an opportunity.

Your role will be to transform and re-engineer ways of working and provide clarity of direction for a company whose aim is to be marketing-led. Taking full ownership for the development of an impactful short and long term master brand vision, you’ll bring best practice in marketing techniques. You will lead and inspire a major Comms programme including advertising, PR and digital strategy with the support of external agencies.

Naturally, a remit of this magnitude requires leadership, inspirational thinking and high influencing skills across the organisation. Your approach in coaching teams and developing the company’s marketing philosophy will deliver results.
As a commercial, pragmatic marketer, preferably with classic consumer experience of marketing, you’ll relish the opportunity to redefine and exploit every marketing challenge. As part of the Executive team, you will need to be a formidable force, eager to show how outstanding marketing can step-change commercial performance.
