Our client, a £25million privately owned long-established market leader in bulk ingredients to the food industry, has embarked on a major growth plan set by a Board of Family members and a recently appointed highly enterprising CEO.
This is just the start. In order to grasp new opportunities and lead the business in innovative directions, they are now looking for a skilled and experienced sales leader with the know-how and strength of character to flourish in SME culture.
Your knowledge and skill stem from a career in classical FMCG sales, preferably now in B2B food ingredients as your customer channel expertise, pioneering relationships with the UK.’s major prepared meals manufacturers. Board level exposure and extensive customer management experience are essential. You’ll be accountable for the performance and results of your sales team and the commercial strategy. Part of the Exec team, you will be a formidable voice for change and a strong influence in driving the strategic direction of the business.
