Our client is a FTSE top 50 British organisation, a £multi-billion global brand and product category leader, a company that has an unrivalled reputation and envious brand portfolio like no other FMCG company in the world.

The search is on to find a top cadre of professionals who currently hold senior leadership responsibility in commercial roles and who are fiercely ambitious individuals, determined to progress their careers towards General Management.

As a result of significant plans to ensure future growth objectives are met, the company is embarking on a European transformation programme which will result in hubs as Centres of Excellence in cities like Hamburg, Madrid, Dublin and Amsterdam. This de-centralisation programme is on the cusp of being born out of an organisation that ‘thinks global’ and now truly wants to act local.  Senior functional sales or marketing positions will be created to attract the most talented women who are committed to making a marked impact on an organisation as well as their own career path.

Pan-European mobility is essential. You can expect to spend 2-4 years as an expatriate in major European cities working and importantly, enjoying the personal lifestyle and advantages of living abroad in a multi-cultured society, with the recognition and security of a global business as your backer!  

To qualify as current and future top talent, you will, of course, have an unblemished track record of performance in your roles and originate from blue-chip FMCG classical training and a pedigree company background. Operating right now in mid or senior management positions, our client needs functional experts with a strong bias towards ‘sales and marketing best practice’.
