Your key responsibilities will include multi market coordination on projects, leading one particular brand's community locally and globally. Managing a small team and working collaboratively within the business you'll leverage lead markets to maximise resources. You'll also need to build strong relationships with your senior marketing peers and advertising agencies.
To succeed in this challenging role you'll need a blue-chip consumer brand marketing background where brand strategy development and contemporary marketing thinking has been honed to form part of your key skills but regardless of your experience we are looking for a broader remit that allows you to think creatively rather than simply delivering the numbers. As a key member of the European commercial management team, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance and customer relationships across the German, Nordic, Austrian and Swiss markets. Managing significant Distributor partners, you will be challenged with optimising volume and profit performance in alignment with the total European business objectives.
You will have an impressive sales background in blue-chip commercial environments, preferably within the Drinks industry or at very least a strong working knowledge of Distributor management. A German speaker (our client's 2nd largest market) you will also need hunger and raw determination as your immediate priorities will be to bring customer leadership and commercial expertise, ensuring effective deployment of brand and sales strategies, to maintain and grow significant market share in each of the assigned geographic regions.

As Marketing Manager your role is to lead and champion the Alpen, Ready Brek, and Oatibix brands and all that is required to maximise a bold £ multi million brand investment strategy. You will lead the brand teams, create, manage and deliver the innovation ambitions, generate stellar consumer and retail insights alongside our external agency partners to exploit each brands every potential.
Your role will require a “hands on” approach leading a small team.
